The house became vacant around January of the 4th year of Reiwa. It was built in Showa 54. It is located in a residential area, and the surrounding area is still an area where new buildings are built. It is a quiet residential area. I think the need to secure a parking lot will be a bottleneck, but I think you can secure space if you use the garden well. (In that case, civil engineering work is necessary) A concern is the occurrence of ant paths under the floor of bathrooms and Japanese-style rooms. Some of the pillars are tilted. Some foundation cracks can be seen.令和4年1月頃に空き家になりました。昭和54年建築です。住宅街にあり、周辺は今でも新築が建ったりするエリアです。閑静な住宅街です。駐車場の確保が必要であることがネックになると思いますが、庭をうまく使えばスペースの確保はできるかと思います。（その場合は土木工事は必要です）懸念事項は、浴室、和室の床下に蟻道の発生が見受けられます。一部、柱の傾きが見受けられます。一部、基礎クラックが見受けられます。
