The house became vacant around January of the 4th year of Reiwa. It was built in Showa 54. It is located in a residential area, and the surrounding area is still an area where new buildings are built. It is a quiet residential area. I think the need to secure a parking lot will be a bottleneck, but I think you can secure space if you use the garden well. (In that case, civil engineering work is necessary) A concern is the occurrence of ant paths under the floor of bathrooms and Japanese-style rooms. Some of the pillars are tilted. Some foundation cracks can be seen.
