This property is located in Oga City, Akita Prefecture. There is a wooden two-story 7DK and a warehouse. I have been using it as a villa while DIY, but since it is used infrequently, I decided to give it to someone who will use it more. It was rented until March 2023. It is an "ocean view" property with the sea in front of the house. You can go to the sea at any time, so it may be the best environment for fishing lovers. In addition, "Unosaki Coast", which has been selected as one of Japan's top 100 beaches, and popular campsites are also within walking distance. It's also good to get away from the city and live leisurely near the sea. The first floor was made an environment easy to live in, such as renovating the toilet, renovating the bathroom vanity, and cleaning the office so that people can work. There is no electricity on the second floor. Also, because the building is old, there are places where the corridor sinks. There was a leak, but it has been repaired. Use it as your own residence or holiday home. It is also in a good location with the sea right in front of you, so it may be interesting to run a private lodging or guesthouse. We cannot guide you directly because we li秋田県男鹿市にある物件です。木造2階建て7DKと倉庫があります。これまでDIYをしながら別荘として使ってましたが、利用頻度が低いため、より活用してくださる人にお譲りすることにしました。2023年3月まで賃貸中でした。家の目の前が海という「オーシャンビュー」物件です。いつでも海に行けるので釣り好きには最高の環境かもしれません。また日本の渚・百選にも選ばれている「鵜ノ崎海岸」や人気のキャンプ場も徒歩圏内です。都会を離れて、海の近くでのんびり暮らすのも良いですね。1階はトイレをリフォームしたり、洗面化粧台を新しくしたり、仕事ができるよう事務所を綺麗にしたりと生活しやすい環境にしました。2階に電気は来ていません。また、建物が古いため廊下が沈む箇所があります。雨漏りがありましたが修理済みです。ご自身の住居や別荘としてご利用ください。また、目の前が海という好立地でもありますので、民泊やゲストハウスを運営するのも面白いかもしれません。遠方に住んでいるため直接にご案内することはできませんが、内覧希望の場合はご連絡の上いつでも可能です。売却時期に関しては、基本すぐにでも対応できます。路線価や評価額に基づいた価格にて売却希望になります。駐車場は3台可です。トイレは洋式（汲み取り・※ウォシュレット利用可）です。お風呂はお湯は出ますが追い炊きができません。
