This property was acquired through inheritance but has hardly been used. It is the land and building of my family home acquired through inheritance in the 5th year of Reiwa. My father purchased two adjacent residential lots in the 2nd year of Heisei, and there is also some space for a home garden. The building seems to have been constructed in the 45th year of Showa, and it has undergone several extensions and minor renovations. I believe that a house deteriorates if not lived in, but since I live far away and have no plans to return to Bungotakada City in the future, I am considering passing it on to someone who can manage and cherish it while living there.

The photos were taken during my visit to the site in June 2024. The Buddhist altar is still in place, but I plan to remove it if a prospective buyer appears. There are many remaining items that give a sense of life, but I would like to pass it on to someone who can accept it as is. I will also include a functioning air conditioner.

The building is unregistered, but it has been extended, and the layout is a single-story house with 5DK. There is one Western-style room and four Japanese-style rooms. About 10 years ago, we were drawn to this precious thatched-roof house, well water, and the farmland right in front of us, and we moved here as a couple.
