Recommended for those looking for a private camping space or a self-sufficient nomad life (less than a 1-minute walk to the beach entrance). I think it can be used as a tourist farm, overnight agricultural experience, glamping, and other facilities. There are orchard (banana) trees on the vast grounds, and you can also have a vegetable garden. The land is farmland, but there are already three hut buildings. One is a building that was originally operated as a restaurant, and other buildings with earthen floors and prefabricated buildings used as warehouses. The semi-open-air bath alone has a space of about 8 tatami mats. Even if the water supply is cut off due to an emergency, it is okay because agricultural water is coming. I don't think there are many farms that are so well equipped. I longed for a country life, so I bought it for the purpose of moving, maintained it so that it could be used, and used it like a resort villa. Normally, in the case of farmland, buildings cannot be built, and of course infrastructure cannot be drawn, so it is a special property. In that sense, I don't think it will come out at all in the future. If this was not farmland, I think it would be worth huプライベートキャンプスペースや自給自足のノマドライフをお考えの方におすすめです(ビーチ入口まで徒歩1分以内)。観光農園、宿泊農業体験、グランピング、その他施設として活用できると思います。広大な敷地内に果樹園(バナナ)の樹木があり、家庭菜園もできます。地目は農地ですが、すでに小屋建物3棟があります。1つはもともとレストランとして営業していた建物、その他倉庫として使っている土間付き建物、プレハブ建物です。半露天風呂だけでも8畳くらいのスペースがあります。非常事態で水道が止まっても、農業用水も来ていますから大丈夫です。ここまで設備の整った農場もあまりないと思います。田舎暮らしに憧れて移住を目的に購入し、使えるように整備し、リゾート別荘のような使い方をしていました。普通は農地の場合、建物は建てられませんし、当然ながらインフラも引けませんので、特別な物件です。そういった意味では今後も一切出ないと思います。もしもここが農地でなかった場合、宅地だったなら数億円になるくらいの物件だと思います。田舎暮らしをご検討されている方には最適だと思います。裏やんばると呼ばれるエリアです。いわゆる西側の海岸とは違った趣がある、ツウ好みの物件です。夜は星がきらめいて本当にきれいです。ビーチにもほとんど人はいなくて、ほぼプライベートビーチ感覚です。近くに本島唯一のマングローブ林もあります。お墓も近くにはありません。家族の事情が変わり沖縄暮らしができなくなりましたので、残念ですがお譲りすることにしました。正直かなりお金をかけましたが、半額以下で販売します。ご興味のある方は是非お問合せください。金融や経済の影響を受けずに自給自足が可能です。観光農園やクラインガルテンもできると思います。車もいっぱい停められます。観光バスも駐車できます。ヤマト運輸も電話1本で集荷に来てくれます。農業をやりながら、ビーチでマッサージをして収益も上げられます。グランピング施設の運営やPCを使ったIT系ビジネスも可能です。いろいろなビジネス展開ができて、かつ南国リゾート別荘も手に入れられる数少ない物件ではないでしょうか。今現在はしばらく放置していますので、かなり荒れていると思います。現状渡しとなります。現在バナナ農園になっています。農地ですので、一般的な都市銀行では分割ローンが使えないかもしれません。農協系のJAバンクにお問い合
