Land in Okinawa

My siblings and I were considering using the inherited land, but since capital is required to use the land, we have decided to sell or rent it out. We would prefer to sell it if possible. The land is a large, rare parcel of land in a village on Taketomi Island, famous for its buffalo and red roof tile scenery. There are four plots, all of which are adjacent to each other, and the land is classified as school land. Currently, three plots are wilderness and one plot is classified as farmland, making it a flat, vacant lot. There are roads on three sides, making it easy to divide the land.遺産相続の土地、兄弟で利用を考えましたが土地利用するには資本等が必要なことから、売却か賃貸をすることにしました、できれば売却を望んでいます。場所は水牛と赤瓦景観の観光で有名な竹富島の集落内のまとまった希少土地です。4筆ですが全て接しており、地目は学校用地で現況は原野の3筆と畑の地目で原野1筆の平坦更地です。3方向に道路があり、土地の分割も容易です。
