My siblings and I were considering using the inherited land, but since capital is required to use the land, we have decided to sell or rent it out. We would prefer to sell it if possible. The land is a large, rare parcel of land in a village on Taketomi Island, famous for its buffalo and red roof tile scenery. There are four plots, all of which are adjacent to each other, and the land is classified as school land. Currently, three plots are wilderness and one plot is classified as farmland, making it a flat, vacant lot.
