It is in a prime location—about a 1-minute walk from the JR station—so I intended to use it as a remote-work base, but I am now considering selling and transferring it due to work/life balance concerns.

The interior has been completely gutted and the debris removed, leaving the property ready for interior finishing (there is a certificate confirming no asbestos; approximately 2 m² of board debris remains on site and has not been removed). Grounds maintenance such as mowing has been performed regularly, but ongoing upkeep may become difficult due to distance. ご覧いただきありがとうございます。こちらの土地、物件は奥多摩町の空き家バンクより購入をし、DIYにて改修を計画していた物件です。JR駅から徒歩1分という好立地であるため、リモートワーク拠点として計画をしていましたが、今後の仕事と生活とのバランスを考え今回売却・お引き渡しを検討しています。

現状は、内装を全て解体し、廃棄済みでこれから内装を仕上げていける状態です(アスベスト無し証明あり の2㎡程のボード屑は未廃棄です)。草刈りなどは定期的に行っておりますが、今後、距離的に手入れが難しくなってゆくかと想定しており、早期にお取引いただける買い手様へはご希望条件に関し相談はさせていただければと思います。

DIYで施工いただける方だと、やり取りがスムーズかと思います。現状電気と上水は開通しております(宅内は別途工事が必要です)。下水の開通工事は必要(見積もり取得済み)となります。また南向きの高台にありますので工事の際は不便となりますが、景観は気持ちの良いものです。
