An old house facing the Nakasendo road in Suhara-juku. Many of the surrounding houses are also old, giving it an excellent atmosphere. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the village's only supermarket, convenience store, and Suhara Station.須原宿の中山道に面した古民家。周りの家も古いものが多く、雰囲気は抜群。村唯一のスーパーマーケットやコンビニ、須原駅にも徒歩で行ける利便性がある。

Like the previous #101, this property is an old house facing the Nakasendo road in Suhara-juku. The locations are very close, so the environment is almost the same. Old houses are lined up, and it has the atmosphere of an old post town. There are supermarkets, convenience stores, and Suhara Station within walking distance, so it is the most convenient location in Okusa Village. The difference is that it was built 50 years ago (1974), so it is relatively new and there are probably few parts that need to be renovated. It is already connected to the sewer system, so the toilet is flush. As you can see from the exterior photo below, it is a wooden house, but new building materials such as aluminum sashes and concrete are used, so I think it is well-built. If you like it, I think you can live there almost as it is.こちらの物件は、前回の#101と同様、須原宿の中山道に面した古民家になります。場所も非常に近いので、環境はほぼいっしょです。古民家が並び、昔の宿場町のままの風情のある佇まいです。スーパーマーケットやコンビニ、須原駅も徒歩圏ですので、大桑村の中でも利便性は最高の場所です。違いは、築年数が50年(昭和49年築)と比較的新しいので、要改修部分が少ないと思われるところでしょうか。すでに下水に繋がっているので、トイレも水洗です。下の外観の写真からもわかる通り、木造住宅ですがアルミサッシやコンクリートなど新しい建材が使われていますので、作りはしっかりしていると思います。気に入ればほぼそのままで住めると思います。
