This property was taken over from an acquaintance's company but we have no use for it, so we would like to pass it on to someone who can make good use of it. The building was constructed in 1971 (Showa 46) and an extension was added in 1994 (Heisei 6).

We have not actually used this property ourselves, so details about the building's condition and the state of the equipment are unknown. This is not a stigmatized (accident) property.

Plumbing and other wet-area work is essential to make it habitable. The first floor will likely require major renovation.
