We have significantly reduced the price. I bought an old house with a large land and a forest because I wanted to own a villa near Sendai, where it is warm even in winter, but due to family circumstances, I couldn't go there much, so I started thinking about selling it. The site is 709 tsubo (mostly bamboo forest), and the building is about 23 tsubo, wooden, and about 70 years old. The building is dilapidated and there are many leftovers, so we hope to deliver it in its current condition.
