Description

During the bubble era, Izu Ōshima flourished with the development of villa districts. The land in this listing in particular occupied a key position in the landscape, and real estate companies would come almost daily, watching the owner (the father) who refused to sell. We had planned to eventually convert it into a lodging facility, but that plan has not come to fruition.

The site is close to a geological cross-section (a scenic spot) and is a sloping mountain area that includes broad high ground. It is a 15,047 m² woodland.
