Description

It is a small wooden one-story house that was 63 years old where my great-grandfather lived. My biological father inherited it, and the current owner is my biological father. Kada-cho, Owase City, where the building is located, is a quiet village located on the east coast of the Kii Peninsula, deep in Kada Bay. It is about a 1-minute walk to the sea, so I think it is a good location for those who want to live by the sea and those who like fishing.

There is a JR Kisei Main Line "Kada Station" in the town. It is a small station with less than 50 passengers per day. Although the number of trains is small, it is 23 minutes to Owase Station and 20 minutes to Kumanoshi Station. There is space for 1~2 cars in the front yard. The pillars and beams of the building are made of good wood, which is thought to be cypress. It is currently an empty house and can be handed over immediately after signing the contract. It has been damaged because it has been vacant for more than 25 years and needs to be repaired. Suggested price: 2.5 million yen (available for consultation).

町にはJR紀勢本線「賀田駅」があります。1日の乗降客数が50人以下の小さな駅です。本数は少ないですが、尾鷲駅まで23分、熊野市駅まで20分です。前庭に車が1台~2台置けるスペースがあります。建物の柱や梁には良い木材が使われており、ヒノキと思われます。現況空き家で、契約後すぐに引き渡しできる状況です。25年以上空き家のため傷んでおり、補修が前提となります。希望価格:250万円(ご相談に応じます)。
