This is a rental warehouse located in Shiotazu (Important Preservation District for Groups of Traditional Buildings) in Shiota-cho, Ureshino City! The space on the second floor of the building is a whopping 232.65 square meters (70.5 tsubo). There are only stairs up to the second floor, and the interior is not in a clean state due to aging, but I have a feeling that it will be revived with a proper cleaning. There is also a tatami-floored room in the back, and what appears to be pipes for electricity, water, and gas, but it has not been used for a while, so it seems that construction is required before it can be used. Rent starts from 80,000 yen/month! The rent for use as a warehouse seems to increase depending on the exclusive area. Please note that the rent was previously 10,000 yen, but has been changed to 80,000 yen. There are tenants such as cake shops on the first floor, so you can buy as many cakes as you want while moving your luggage! In addition, it is said that you can sell the building itself while the tenants are still in the building! If you want to use electricity, water, and gas, construction work will be required, so the rent will increase significantly.
