The warehouse is relatively new and can be used as a garage or other workspace.伊万里市より平戸方面へ向かったMR浦ノ崎駅より1.2㎞の高台にあります。自然の中にある古民家ですが近隣には住宅も数件あります。建物は適宜に修復リフォームされ状態としては良い方と思います。しっかりとした梁柱がチラホラ見れ玄関土間、掘り炬燵、レトロなガラス建具が残っています。縁側で庭を眺めながらのんびりが出来そうです。倉庫は比較的あたらしくガレージ他作業スペースとしても十分です。
