There are two gas stoves for musical instrument consultation. Kumagaya Station is a 22-minute walk and there is a free bicycle parking lot around the station. It is about a 2-minute walk to FamilyMart, abo子供が生まれたのと、転職することになったため、移転することにいたしました。移転費用の捻出のため手放すことにしました。11階建ての10階になります。ペット飼育可。楽器相談、ガスコンロ2口あります。熊谷駅へは徒歩22分で駅周辺に無料駐輪場があります。秩父鉄道上熊谷駅と石原駅には徒歩10分、上熊谷駅に無料駐輪場があります。熊谷駅からバス3分、石原郵便局前バス停から徒歩3分です。駅まで周辺道路は平坦です。建物に駐車場、自動二輪駐車場、駐輪場がありますが、全て有料です。駐輪場しかあいておりません(月200円)。隣の駐車場を月4,000円で借りております。ご希望の方はそのまま引き継ぐことも可能です。展望は良く、花火を見ることもできます。R17沿いですが、音はそれほど気になりません。道路向かいに総合病院があります。健康診断など受けに行くのに便利ですが、救急車の出入りがあります。ファミリーマートまでは徒歩約2分、イオンとニトリと小児科へは徒歩約5分、市役所までは徒歩15分ぐらいです。熊谷駅北口に市役所の出張所とみずほ銀行があります。車の点検ではホンダと日産が近いです。幼稚園、小、中学校へは徒歩圏内です。市を流れる荒川は、春にはたくさんの桜と菜の花が咲きます。
