There are two detached houses (land area is about 31 tsubo) within walking distance of Asaka Station. Originally, we owned detached house ① and rented it out, but in 2021, we were approached about purchasing the neighboring land, so we purchased ②. We have made major renovations to the newly purchased house ②, including replacing the roof and redoing the floors, and have been renting it out since April 2022.
