It would be good to buy both and use them widely.蓼科山の裾野に位置し、緑豊かな山々に囲まれた風光明媚な場所で、歩いて春日温泉へ行ける立地。周りには貸しロッジや観光客向けの店舗が数軒あるが、定住者も多い。近くを流れる鹿曲川(かくまがわ)の渓流はヤマメやイワナ釣りのメッカとして知られる。長門牧場までは車で30分白樺高原までは40分程と観光の拠点としても良さそうだ。古屋は劣化が酷くそのまま使うことは出来ず、DIYを楽しみたい方にお勧めしたい。更地は下水道が引き込み済みで受益者負担金が節約できる。両方購入して広く使うのも良さそうだ。

Within 6km, there are convenience stores, Seiyu, local supermar山林の険しい土地という山林ではなく、どちらかと言いますと村の上にある丘のようなイメージの山林です。買い物も6km先に行けばほとんど揃いますし、生活する上ではかなり楽な山林土地かと思います。維持費(固定資産税ゼロで管理費なし)がかからず、土地は開墾されていて草刈りの手間が少ないため、このまま生命保険として土地を所有していても良いと思っているのですが、遠方に引っ越す予定でして、今の所活用する予定がないため、活用されたい方がいればお譲りしたいと思っております。協和の土地はおよそ1~1.4万円/坪、およそ293万円~410万円です。交通は、車(高速)でおよそ3時間30分、最寄りの駅まで東京駅から新幹線でおよそ70分です。目的は、グランピング、コンテナハウス、テント、キャンプ、別荘、サウナ、機密基地、簡易事務所、緊急避難場所などにいかがですか。標高は、870mで南東からの太陽、朝陽が入り込んで日中は暖かいです。地域は、佐久市内や小諸市内からおよそ18kmの望月、春日エリアです。6km圏内にコンビニ、セイユー、地元スーパー、酒屋、飲食店、ガソリンスタンド、古民家カフェ、運転免許センター、100円ショップ、地元の野菜店、郵便局、役所などあります。車やバイクがあれば生活には全く困りません。2km圏内に、郵便局、交番、ガソリンスタンドは3kmほど先にあります。自然災害は、比較的少ない地域です(地震は震度5が最大の地盤との噂です)。積雪も年間4~6回で1回におよそ30センチほど積雪がありますが、除雪作業がほとんど入りません。近くの公道には除雪車が来ます。雨量は、年間雨量が少なく晴れの日が多いです。土地は、開墾済みです。元々山林なので緩傾斜80~90%(ほぼ平坦地)、緩急傾斜10~20%です。公道からの距離はおよそ30mと近いので便利です。車は四駆、軽トラのみ土地への乗り入れ可能で、道を整地すれば二駆でも乗り入れ可能になるかと思います。集落は、下に限界集落およそ10世帯があります。残置物は、小屋、ビニールハウスの骨組み、木材少し、稲藁、籾殻、竹、木、廃棄物は全てゴミステーションで処分いたしましたので、残置物は燃やすことができるものがほとんどです。生えている生垣程度の小木は前売主様が植えたものですので、ノコギリでカット可能です。整地は、現状でもある程度は整地や平坦地がありますが、さらに平坦
