This is my father's family home (the family house). It was a farm. Until my father passed away in 2011, it was used almost daily as a vacation home. After that, my mother, who inherited it, maintained it until her passing in 2017. I live far away and visit every 1-2 months after my mother's passing to clean and check the property. Currently, the property is still in a livable condition, but since it is not occupied, it is expected to deteriorate further, and I am looking for someone who can make use of it. The price is negotiable, and renting is also an option. Immediate handover is possible.

You can utilize the spacious grounds and large rooms typical of an old farmhouse. It is located at the end of a secluded city road, slightly up from the outskirts of the Saku Basin. I think it has a sufficient mountain feel, so I would like those who prefer such an environment to take a look. On the other hand, it is also very close to Saku city center, highway IC, and Saku-Daira Station, about a 10-15 minute drive, so it has the convenience of living. It is also about a 20-30 minute drive to Karuizawa.

昔の農家ながらの広い敷地, 広いお部屋をご活用いただけます。佐久盆地の外れを少し上ったところの奥まった市道末端に位置します。山奥感は十分かと思いますので、そういった環境をお好みの方には一見いただければと思います。一方、佐久市街地や高速道IC、佐久平駅などへも車で10~15分程度と至近ですので生活面での利便性も併せ持っています。軽井沢へも車で20~30分ほどです。
