I purchased it in November of Reiwa 3 and am currently using it from time to time. It was renovated in May 2020. Priority will be given to the earliest due to short-term posting. You can move in immediately when registration is completed. Furnished with home appliances (mostly new domestic products), a set of cooking utensils (because it was previously used as a monthly apartment), 4 golf courses within a 20-minute drive, a 5-minute driving range with a golf driving range, and a convenient walking distance for shopping, banking, etc. The train station and city hall are as far away as 25 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by car. The parking lot is currently waiting for vacancies (there is a nearby parking lot and it is about 3,000 yen to 4,000 yen).令和３年１１月に購入し、今現在時々利用しています。２０２０年５月リフォームしました。短期間の掲載のため早い方を優先させていただきます。登記完了時点で即入居可能です。家具家電付き（殆ど新品国内品です）、炊事道具一式付（以前はマンスリーマンションとして使用していたため）、ゴルフ場は車で２０分圏内に４か所、ゴルフ練習場は車で５分、買い物、銀行等は徒歩圏内で便利です。駅、市役所は歩いて２５分、車で５分と遠いです。駐車場は現在空き待ち(近隣駐車場あり3,000円から4,000円位）です。
