間取りは1階に台所と居間、洋室1部屋、2階にも2部屋あり、全て6畳です。汲み取り式だったトイレと浴室は解体済みで、ユニットバスを入れられる状態にしています。上下水道の工事は見積りもしてもらい、60万円程でした。上水道は自治会が管理しており、毎月自治会費プラス水道代で4,000円のみです。台所と居間は仕切りを取り払い、壁と天井も剥がしています。改修途中の為廃材やゴミも残っているので、処分については相談させていただきます。

引渡し時期はいつでもOKです。舞鶴若狭道・篠山口インターから車で25分。中国自動車道・滝野社インターから車で30分程の場所です。別荘地ですが、管理費もなく近所付き合いや行事等もないです。近くに家が無く自然に囲まれています。冬場の陽当たりがあまり良くありません。
