There are also 関西空港に近いポツンと豪邸、吹き抜け玄関や廊下など贅沢な造りです。2人の子どもが足音や声を気にすることなくのびのびと暮らせるように、そして趣味に打ち込めるようにと願って2008年に購入しました。建設会社を経営していた前所有者さんが自宅として精魂込めて建設したと聞いております。自分がここで塾を開こうという夢もありました。日々を忙しく過ごしているうちに子どもたちは自立し、夫婦は70歳を超え、こんなに広い家が必要でなくなったこと、広いがゆえに掃除と庭の手入れが大変なこと、また駅から遠く不便なこともあり、手放すことにしました。倉庫と別荘代わりに使っているため残置物がありますが、他の場所に住んでいるので、いつでも内見が可能です。バブル期の建物なのでヴィンテージとして価値があると思います。とにかく建物も敷地も広々としておりますので、旗竿地を勘案してもこの価格になります。部屋数が多いです。車も8台は駐車可能です。普通に住む家としては広すぎると思いますので、会社の保養所、レストラン、民泊、通所施設、介護施設などにいかがでしょう。大阪府の南部、関西国際空港から車で山側に約25分の場所にあります。住宅地と田畑がある地域に、ポツンと豪邸、という雰囲気です。旗竿地であり、門までのアプローチが長いながら、幅員5mの市道に3mくらい接道しており、車での出入りも楽にできます。吹き抜けの広々した玄関と幅130㎝もある廊下が魅力的だと思っています。1階は28帖のLDK・和室、多角形のホールのような洋室、8帖二間の広縁付き和室があります。2階は、4つの洋室とウォークインクロゼットが2室、外にも収納小部屋が2室、洗面所とシャワー室と広いトイレがあります。ガレージも広々4台分、しかも2階があり4室に分かれた倉庫となっています。生活用品や書類箱などは撤去します。残念なところは、部屋からお寺のお墓が遠くに見えます。田んぼが周囲にあるので夏は蒸し暑く蚊が多いです。電動シャッターが故障していて1カ所しか開かないなどの故障不具合がありますが、現状有姿、かつ契約不適合責任免責でのお引き渡しでお願いします。
