This is a residence with a cafe store. I lived there for many years, but my grandmother started living alone and decided to live with me, so I decided to give it to her. Currently, the residence is vacant, so you can move in immediately. However, the cafe store is under a rental contract until April 2021 (it can be transferred after the contract ends). It has been vacant for two years, but I continue to take care of the garden about twice a year, and I maintain (and clean) the house about once every two months. The desired price is 15 million yen, as the land is 150 tsubo. Including the building. I have no preference for the time of negotiation.
