My deceased parents lived there, and I lived far away, so I only stopped by when I returned home. Currently, it is rarely visited, and the last time I checked the condition of the land and houses was in January 2017. The main house was dismantled because of a leak, and the plants were disposed of, making it a vacant lot. We ask a local contractor to dismantle the main house, register the loss, mow the grass once a year, and clean up the interior of the outhouse by asking a local contractor to send us photos after the work. The outhouse of the living room and garage is left because it also serves as a sediment stop, and it is unregistered because it may be demolished. In preparation for the sale, the room is tidy with no remnants, and the grass is mowed once a year. I live in a remote area and will not be using this area in the future, and I would like to get rid of it as soon as possible because of the cost of property taxes and mowing.亡くなった両親が住んでいたもので、離れたところに住んでいるので帰省時に立ち寄る程度でした。現在はほとんど訪れていなく、2017年1月に土地と家屋の状況を確認したのが最後です。母屋は雨漏りがあったため解体し、植木なども処分してて更地になっています。母屋の解体と滅失登記、年１回の草刈りや離れ屋の室内の片付けなどは地元の業者にお願いして作業後の写真を送ってもらい確認しています。居室兼車庫の離れ屋は土砂止めも兼ねていることから残しており、解体することもあり未登記です。売却にそなえて室内は残存物がなく片付いており、年1度は草刈りをしています。私は遠隔地にすんでおり将来的に当地を利用することがなく、固定資産税や草刈りなどに費用がかかるので、できるだけ早く処分したいと思います。
