I had planned to make a simple lodging place, so I put up a prefabricated hut and connected electricity, but I ended up not being able to use it, and now (because Fukuoka Airport is nearby) I only use it to park my car when I go on a long business trip overseas. *Even the international parking lot costs 1,000 yen per day, so I'm grateful that I can save 30,000 yen in 30 days. I think it would be a great place to have a secret base for tinkering with your motorcycle (there is plenty of access). The possibilities are endless. You can also use it for a home garden. I have heard that it is possible to build a house, but if you are sure, please contact Shime Town directly. The public water supply has been installed, but it is only exposed piping, so the buyer will need to install the water meter box. The public sewer has already been installed. Shime Town is very popular, and many new houses are currently being built around it.
