This villa was built about 30 years ago. It is a quiet villa in a forest rich in nature, and you can harvest wild vegetables, chestnuts, bamboo shoots, etc. in the back mountain. You can also hunt fireflies in June in the stream at the entrance of the villa. Nowadays, the trees have grown and you can't see the sea, but at the time of construction, you could see the fireworks display of Yumigahama from the terrace. If you cut down the trees, you can see the sea. In addition, it is 2.5 km to the highly transparent "Tagyu Beach" and the famous "Ryugu Cave" for TV commercials, and about 3 km to the "convenience store".

It is a villa built in a place where I remember my student days and is still used as a fishing base several times a year. I thought it was time to prepare for the end of my life, so I registered as the first person in the house.

It is 30 years old, but it is regularly maintained. There are no major problems at the moment, but the age of the building has been quite a while, so there is pain in the wood. I think it's better to be able to DIY.約30年前に建築した別荘です。自然豊かな森の中の静かな別荘で裏山では山菜、クリ、タケノコ等が取れます。また、別荘入り口の小川で6月蛍狩りができます。現在は樹木が大きくなり海は見えませんが、建築した当時は弓ヶ浜の花火大会もテラスから見ることができました。樹木を伐採すれば海も一望できます。また、透明度の高い「田牛海水浴場」やTVCMで有名な「竜宮窟」まで2.5Km、「コンビニ」までは約3Kmほどの距離です。

学生時代の思い出の地に建てた別荘で現在も年に数回釣りの拠点として使っています。年齢的にそろそろ終活の準備と思い、家いちばに登録しました。

築30年ですが定期的にメンテナンスはしています。現在特に大きな問題はありませんが、築年数はそれなりに経っていますので木部の痛み等はあります。DIYできる方が良いかなと思います。
