I purchased this intending to live here, but I was unable to move in and have given up. Because it was intended as a residence, some personal belongings remain on the property. I am unable to dispose of them, so the buyer may use or remove them as they wish. Preference will be given to the quickest purchaser. Move-in/transfer can be immediate.

Suwa Taisha and Yama-no-Kami Shrine are nearby, and there are many very inexpensive hot springs. Nearby are mountain ranges with peaks around 3,000 meters, making this an excellent area for hiking. Lake Suwa is also close, where you can take sightseeing boats, fish for wakasagi (pond smelt), and there are running courses. Within 3 km you will find convenience stores, supermarkets, a train station, rental bicycles, hot springs, shrines, elementary/junior/senior high schools, the town hall, and hotels/inns.
