This is a house built by my parents in 1990. In June 2021, both of my parents moved to Tokyo and were living near my house. In the end, they could not return, and the current state is empty with everything inside cleared out. No renovations have been made.

There are three storage sheds on the property, and it is large enough to have a garden. It is located in a place overlooking Mount Zao, and in winter, you can go to the ski resort. I normally work in housing support and have held this property as part of that activity. It is currently rented to a sole proprietor for ¥60,000/month; the guarantor company used is Casa. I bought the house secondhand, carried out some partial repairs, and was immediately asked to rent it out. I agreed and it is occupied in its current condition.
