I purchased this property five years ago and spent about a year renovating it. The tenant vacated in August, so I decided to sell the property after restoring it to good condition. A unit bath (prefabricated bathroom), system kitchen, vanity with mirror and sink (shampoo dresser), and a heated toilet seat (electronic bidet) have been installed.
