In 1987, I purchased a forest and planted trees. Since then, I have been conducting annual underbrush clearing and biennial thinning and branch cutting. At the time of purchase, I planted 43,310 cypress trees and 650 cedar trees. Currently, 70% of the trees are cypress over 30 years old, 20% are cedar over 30 years old, and 10% are cypress and cedar over 60 years old. I have entrusted the forest management to a forestry cooperative, so the condition of the forest is good.

Since most of the forest consists of domestic cypress, it is also ideal for investment purposes. The care has been completed, but I have become elderly and have difficulty walking, so I would like to introduce this property and hope to sell it including the land and standing timber. The sale can be completed immediately. It takes about 2 hours by car from Osaka city to the Yamazaki IC on the Chugoku Expressway, and about 20 minutes from the Yamazaki IC to the entrance of the forest.
