I was attracted to the "24-hour flowing hot spring" feature and purchased it. After repairing the interior and exterior, I registered it as a vacation rental, but I became too busy with my main job to manage it. Currently, I have stopped listing it on reservation sites and am using it privately as a flowing hot spring. Since it requires management such as grass cutting and cleaning, I hope someone who can use it will come forward... The location is rich in nature, nestled between rivers and mountains, so there are many insects in the summer.

Regarding the hot spring fees, the rights fee and membership fee are included in the property price. The usage fee can start from around 10,000 yen per month, depending on the supply amount. It is not based on usage, so the same fee applies even if it runs 24 hours. There are no water or boiler costs, making it economical.

The bathroom has considerable space for both the washing area and the bathtub, more than typical for a home. The second floor has an 8-tatami room used as a bedroom. The open ceiling gives it a different atmosphere compared to regular houses. On the first floor, there are two 6-tatami rooms and a 10-tatami dining kitchen, b「24時間かけ流し温泉付き」という点に惹かれて購入しました。内外装の修繕後、民泊登録しましたが、本業のほうが忙しく手が回らなくなってしまいました。現在は予約サイトへの掲載を止めて、プライベートでかけ流し温泉として利用しています。草刈りや清掃など管理の手間がかかるので、使っていただける方がいたら・・・と思っています。川、山に挟まれた自然豊かな立地のため、夏は虫が多いです。

温泉料金について、権利金・加入料は物件価格に含んでいます。使用料金は供給量によって月額1万円くらいから使用できます。使用量ではないので、24時間出しっぱなしでも同一料金です。水道代、ボイラー代がかからないので経済的です。

浴室は洗い場、浴槽共に家庭用としてはかなりの広さがあります。2階8畳を寝室にしています。吹き抜けのため一般住宅とは違った雰囲気があります。1階には6畳間×2、10畳のDKがありますが、キッチンは簡易的な作りです。

盛岡駅、盛岡ICから共に30分程度なので別荘、事業利用にいかがでしょうか。まずは別荘として試してみたいという方は賃貸でもOKです。希望価格には民泊の事業譲渡は含みません。
