県道80号(熱海大仁線)に面しています。
交通量も多いですが、道路幅員も広いので事業用としての利用もおすすめです。
価格はどんな?
一般的なガレージと比べ、2階にスペースがある分少し値段は高めと思います。
一方でこのエリアの土地の取引額は約15万円/坪のため、土地の評価額750万円+建物と考えればお買い得な物件と思います。
今は建築費用が高騰していますからね・・・。

ここを通る車はほとんどないことがお分かりいただけると思います。お隣さんは定住の方のようですが、このあたりは本当に静かです。
広い庭
敷地の端に畑を楽しんでいた形跡があります。伊豆高原では畑ができるような土地は少なく、ほとんどが火山岩なのですが、この家では畑ができそうです。

駐車場が無いのが最大のネックですが、それさえ解消できれば夢のある平屋と感じました。
昔はリビング北側にデッキがあったようですね。
デッキのコンクリート基礎は残っています、器用な方なら再築しても素敵ですね。

前の入居者(賃貸していたため)は消火栓前に路駐をしていたようですが厳密には禁止されていますからね・・・。
