I think this is a very interesting property that will be perfect for people who like that.
It's not a normal garage, but there are two rooms on the second floor that are used as an office or workshop.
It would be fun to keep your supercars as a hobby and place to stay while based in Tokyo.

What about lifelines?
There is no kitchen or shower.
But there is a toilet.
I wonder if they tried to make a shower room above the toilet on the first floor?
Since it's a room directly above the toilet, it should be relatively easy to connect the water supply and drainage.
The front road faces Prefectural Route 80 (Atami-Ohito Line).
There is a lot of traffic, but the road is wide, so it is also recommended for business use.
What is the price?
I think the price is a little higher than a typical garage because there is more space on the second floor.
On the other hand, the trading price of land in this area is about 150,000 yen per tsubo, so if you consider that the assessed value of the land is 7.5 million yen plus the building, I think it's a good de俺のガレージ。スーパーカーを並べて休日に伊豆でドライブはいかが？
好きな人にはドンピシャな、かなり面白い物件が出たと思います。

キッチンはありません、シャワーもありません。
でもトイレはあります。
1階のトイレの上にはシャワー室を作ろうとしたのかな？
トイレの真上の部屋なので、給排水の接続も比較的容易と思います。
前面道路は
県道80号（熱海大仁線）に面しています。
交通量も多いですが、道路幅員も広いので事業用としての利用もおすすめです。
価格はどんな？
一般的なガレージと比べ、2階にスペースがある分少し値段は高めと思います。
一方でこのエリアの土地の取引額は約15万円/坪のため、土地の評価額750万円＋建物と考えればお買い得な物件と思います。
今は建築費用が高騰していますからね・・・。
