It is an old farmhouse that is about 100 years old. It is a quiet rural area about 1.8 km (21 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by car) from Katsuma Station on the Iwatoku Line. It has been vacant for more than 10 years, but since we rent the adjacent rice fields to neighbors, we are currently using part of the building as a storage area for farming vehicles and equipment. There is a mountain forest (about 879 tsubo of the target area) on the north side, and it is for sale, including that. The building is in disrepair because the main house has not been maintained, but I would like you to take care of it yourself and enjoy the old house.
