This is a series of terraced fields that have been neglected and overgrown since my father passed away 26 years ago. I am listing it because I have other farmland and want to let this one go. The grass is mowed periodically. The land is at the foot of a mountain and has a very nice view. It is located about a 10-meter walk up a slope from the road along a farm path. I am willing to sell it at a low price to someone who will make good use of it.

Because there is a house below the property, I would like to sell it to someone who will regularly mow the sloped areas so that grass does not slide down. As the site is close to a residential area, I cannot sell to anyone who would leave industrial waste or similar materials on the land.

This land is in an urbanization control area. The tax land category has been changed to "wilderness" (genya); the official registry change will be processed going forward. Utilities are not connected.
