It is an old farmhouse that is about 100 years old. It is a quiet rural area about 1.8 km (21 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by car) from Katsuma Station on the Iwatoku Line. It has been vacant for more than 10 years, but since we rent the adjacent rice fields to neighbors, we are currently using part of the building as a storage area for farming vehicles and equipment. There is a mountain forest (about 879 tsubo of the target area) on the north side, and it is for sale, including that. The building is in disrepair because the main house has not been maintained, but I would like you to take care of it yourself and enjoy the old house. There are some household belongings left, but we will remove them, so thank you very much.築100年程度経っている古い農家です。岩徳線勝間駅より約1.8㎞（徒歩21分、車で5分）の静かな農村地帯です。空き家にして10数年以上たちますが、隣接の田んぼを近隣の方に貸している為、現在建物の一部を農耕車両及び器具置き場として使用しております。北側に山林（対象面積のうち約879坪）があり、それを含めての売却です。建物は、母屋も手入れをしておらず荒れてはおりますが、ご自身で手入れをして古民家を楽しむ方を希望します。家財が少し残っていますが、撤去いたしますので、よろしくお願いいたします。
