Thank you for viewing. It is a short 20-minute walk from the house to the station. By car, it takes 5 minutes to the station, making it convenient for commuting. JR Nagaur Station is a convenient station with commuter buses from surrounding companies, and there is a city gymnasium in front of the station. It is also a short drive to the neighboring Soyokura Station, where there are various shops including a super sento. National Route 16 passes nearby, making it easy to go to Kisarazu, Kimitsu, Ichihara, and Chiba. The highway interchange is also close. Behind the house is a walking path called Kamakura Kaido, where you can enjoy nature. There is also a bridge where you might see Mount Fuji (laughs).

As for parking, light vehicles can be parked without any issues. Regular cars can barely fit, but it feels a bit cramped. I think it is possible to expand the parking area by working on the garden. ご覧頂きありがとうございます。家から駅まで徒歩20分と少しの距離です。車だと駅まで5分の位置で通勤にも便利です。JR長浦駅は周辺企業の通勤バスが来る便利な駅で、駅前には市の体育館もあります。隣の袖ケ浦駅へも車ですぐで、スーパー銭湯など色々お店があります。国道16号が近くを通っており、木更津、君津、市原、千葉に行くのも便利です。高速道路のインターも近いです。家の裏は鎌倉街道という散歩道があり自然を楽しめます。富士山見えるかな橋(笑)もあります。

駐車場ですが、軽自動車は問題なく停められます。普通自動車はギリギリ停められますが、少し狭く感じます。庭をいじり駐車場を広げることもできると思います。古家でコンパクトなサイズのお家ですが、洋室3つ分が繋がった部屋がメインであるので、広く感じます。台所の部屋もあります。 お風呂浴槽、トイレ便器など新品です。藤が咲く庭と古いですが物置があります。駐車場は軽が停められます。

田舎の静かで落ち着いた環境ですが、車があればとても便利な地域です。アクアラインがあるので東京、横浜にもすぐ遊びに行けます。古家なので、現状を見て納得された方を希望します。時期はいつでも大丈夫です。
