I purchased this land with an old house after hearing that the heir, who lives far away due to inheritance, is having trouble disposing of it. It consists of a residential building with a workshop on the first floor and a warehouse across the street. I considered demolishing it to sell the land or renovating it to rent it out, but since it has been left untouched, I will sell it as is.

I think it can be used for various purposes such as a DIY enthusiast, an old folk house café, or a boxing gym. Although it is in an urbanization control area, it can be rebuilt if a construction confirmation application is submitted. It is easily accessible to the Nikko Highway, has public sewage, is on a corner lot, and is in a quiet residential area.

I hope to sell it for 2.3 million yen, in line with the land valuation.
