Description

About two years ago, I bought a vacant house that was owned by the father of a trading company. The reason for letting go is the replacement of assets. At first glance, it looks like a detached house, but in fact, a part of the wall is connected to the neighboring house, and it is a four-house, one-building terrace house. After the purchase, the tenant moved in immediately with a rent of 40,000 yen. It is still being rented. To be honest, it was left unrenovated, but I regret that I rented it cheaply. I think that if I recruited it as a DIY house that is popular now, I could rent it for 5~60,000 yen. If it's a DIY house, I think you can live in it for quite a long time, and I don't think it will take much effort. Please use the as-is, public offering, and boundary indication. It has a good view of Suita City Value and a quiet residential area and a hill. Due to the hilly area, the approach from the front road is a staircase, and in principle, reconstruction is not possible. The surrounding information is about 496 meters from Kansai Supermarket, 974 meters from Kawasaki Clinic, 617 meters from the post office, and 642 meters from Ikeda Senshu Bank.

Description

About two years ago the property was purchased vacant from the father of the trading company as his residence. The reason for selling is asset reallocation.

Although it appears to be a detached house at first glance, it actually shares a wall with the neighboring house and is part of a row of four terrace-house units. After purchase it was immediately rented out for ¥40,000/month and is still tenanted. To be honest it was left unrenovated and I regret having rented it so cheaply. If it had been marketed as a DIY-friendly property it might have leased for around ¥50,000–¥60,000. DIY tenants tend to stay long-term and require less upkeep. The property is sold as-is, via public offering, and boundaries are not specified.

Located in a quiet residential area of Suita City with good views due to its hillside location. Note that access from the front road is by stairs because it is on a hill, and rebuilding is generally not permitted.

Settling in Osaka

Osaka Prefecture, stands out as a vibrant hub of culture, commerce, and community in Japan. Renowned for its dynamic urban atmosphere, Osaka offers a blend of modern skyscrapers, historical landmarks, and an array of culinary delights—key ingredients that make it an attractive destination for immigrants. Compared to other prefectures like Tokyo, where housing prices can be astronomical, Osaka presents a more affordable housing market, particularly in suburban areas. The average cost of living, including rent, is generally lower, allowing newcomers to enjoy a higher quality of life with less financial strain. Housing options in Osaka Fu range from compact apartments in busy central districts to spacious houses in tranquil neighborhoods, providing a variety of choices to fit different lifestyles and budgets. For instance, areas such as Sakai and Hirakata offer relatively lower property prices while still providing access to Osaka’s extensive public transport network. Furthermore, Osaka's rich cultural tapestry, with famous festivals, museums, parks, and a lively arts scene, creates a welcoming environment for foreigners. The city's friendly locals and a strong sense of community also enhance the immigrant experience, making it easier for newcomers to integrate.
