Located in the central part of Awaji Island, which is popular as a resort and vacation spot in the Kansai region, Sumoto City is about 2 hours from Osaka city and about 1 hour and 30 minutes from Kobe city by car or highway bus. In a fisherman's town not far from the central city center with urban functions, there is a 2 million yen property where you can easily enjoy fishing and hot springs. The disadvantage is that it cannot be rebuilt in principle because there is no access road, but the east side of the green belt is open between the city road and the city road. Although it requires some repairs, I think the price of 2 million yen for a two-story 5K is reasonable.関西のリゾートや行楽スポットとして人気が高い淡路島の中央部に位置し、車や高速バスで大阪市内から約2時間、神戸市内から約1時間30分の洲本市。都市機能が整った中心市街地からほど近い漁師まちに、釣りや温泉を気軽に楽しめる200万円の物件がある。接道がないので原則再建築できないことが欠点ですが、市道との間に緑地帯の広がる東側が開けているのが魅力。それなりに補修が必要とはいえ、2階建ての5Kで200万円の価格はお手ごろだと思います。
