I bought it last year and was thinking of repairing it myself and moving it into a house or renting, but I'm busy with work, so I've removed all the wallpaper and carpet over the weekend, repaired the toilet and washroom, and replaced the wallpaper and floor in one room on the second floor. It was built in 1986 by Sanwa Home Building, but it is in good condition, and there are no water leaks or floor pain. From the second floor, you can see the sea, and the surrounding area is surrounded by parking lots, so there is almost no relationship with the neighbors. There is enough garden for one mini car to park. There are places where the surrounding roads are narrow, and it may be better to use a light car (the 2-ton garbage truck is in front of the house).
