Used by me and friends as a base for dual‑base living and fishing, and when not in use it was rented out as a vacation rental. I am planning to move to another nearby property, so I am selling this one. This is a kominka (traditional old house) acquired in 2020 (Reiwa 2) to enjoy dual‑base living. The house had been vacant for about 15 years before I purchased it; after acquisition I removed remaining items and carried out renovations. The layout was altered and the bath, toilet and kitchen were newly installed; a wood deck was added; interior fittings (fusuma/shoji etc.) were re-covered; tatami surfaces were replaced; walls were replastered with lime plaster; and Internet was installed. It’s about a 3‑minute walk to the station served by limited‑express trains, 3 minutes to the beach, 3 minutes to a nearby free parking lot and 3 minutes to a local convenience store.

I enjoyed using this property as a second base and renting it as a vacation rental when I was not using it, but I have decided to sell because I plan to relocate to a nearby property.
