Used by me and friends as a base for dual‑base living and fishing, and when not in use it was rented out as a vacation rental. I am planning to move to another nearby property, so I am selling this one. This is a kominka (traditional old house) acquired in 2020 (Reiwa 2) to enjoy dual‑base living. The house had been vacant for about 15 years before I purchased it; after acquisition I removed remaining items and carried out renovations. 半年以内の売却を希望しています。物件のウリは、すぐに住めますし、駅や海、飲食店が近くにあり、釣りが盛ん（釣り船など多数）でネット開通済みで、民泊の営業が出来る設備投資済みです。家具や家電も譲渡します。イマイチなところは、海はすぐ近くだけど部屋からは見えない（向きが反対）、建物に駐車場がないので3分ほど歩きます。
