We bought this property after looking for a large plot in a quiet location and built a house, but due to various circumstances we have decided to let it go. The interior shows some wear but there are no obvious problems such as roof leaks. The property is currently occupied, so the timing of move-out is negotiable. We liked the large land (measured at 2,859.47 m²) and the proximity to the sea, giving a feeling of openness.
