When I was looking for a large land and a quiet place, I found a good land and built a house, but due to various circumstances, I decided to let it go. I liked the large land (actual measurement 2,859.47 square meters) and the open place near the sea. You can overlook Ise Bay from the second floor, and if the weather is good, you can see the first sunrise, and the state of the sea will be healing. Next to the residence is a self-employed superhouse. The floor inside is slightly damaged, but I think it can be used for the time being if it is replaced. There is also a dog run, so you can exercise your dog well. The large area of land is a mixed land, so it cannot be used to build houses, but it can be used for additional dog runs, fields, material storage, etc. In addition, solar power generation is operating in the neighborhood. It is a sunny place, so it may be good to operate it.広い土地と静かな場所を探していたところ、よい土地が見つかり家を建てましたが諸事情により手放す事になりました。住居内はそれなりに傷はありますが雨漏りもなく目立った問題はございません。現在、居住中なので引っ越しの時期は要相談になります。広い土地(実測2,859.47㎡)と海が近く開放感のある場所を気に入りました。二階から伊勢湾を一望でき天気が良ければ初日の出が見られ、海の様子が癒しになります。住居の横には自営のスーパーハウスがあります。中の床は若干傷んでいますが貼り替えをすれば当分使用できると思います。また、ドッグランも併設しており愛犬の運動をしっかり行うことができます。広い土地は雑種地なので住宅は建てられませんが、ドッグランの追加・畑・資材置き場などに活用できます。また、近所に太陽光発電が稼働しています。日当たりが良い場所なので運用してもいいかもしれません。
