I inherited this property from an acquaintance. It is a 25-minute walk from Kaminotaishi Station on the Kintetsu Minami Osaka Line. It is a 2-storey, 5-bedroom house with a spacious 78.97m², so it is plenty spacious for a family. It is good for keeping multiple pets or for use as an office. There is also space for parking one small car. The road in front is a little narrow. This is the current price as it has not been renovated (the price will increase after renovation.
