Description

I was going to do a DIY renovation and rent it out, but I couldn't go due to Corona. It is currently rented as a warehouse, but it seems that the tenant is not using it. It is the site of a shop that used to be a pharmacy at the end of the old townscape of Takaoka Castle Town. It is quite dilapidated, interrupted in the middle of the renovation, and the floor is not stretched. It is a floor with only joists.

For those who do not want to spend the accumulated money, it is also possible in the form of a lease with transfer rights. If the split lasts for several years, please bear the expenses there.
