I am selling land in Takarazuka. It is a piece of land on top of a stone retaining wall, and is currently a grove of trees. It is in an urbanization control area within the Tsurumidai district plan, but it is possible to build buildings based on the Tsurumidai district plan. There is a bus from Takedao Station on the JR Takarazuka Line, but the number of buses is small. As for parking, it is not possible to build a parking lot directly because of the retaining wall on site. You can either park in front of it, or use the parking lot for visitors to the village, or even monthly parking for 2,000 yen. Thank you. The price is cheap. There are a lot of retaining walls, and the land is not maintained, so it is a jungle. Lifelines include public water, gas, and no sewage or wastewater.宝塚の土地を売ります。石積み擁壁の上の土地で、現在雑木林です。鶴見台地区地区計画内で市街化調整区域にありますが、鶴見台地区の地区計画に基づき建築物の建築は可能です。バスはJR宝塚線武田尾駅からバスがありますが、本数は少ないです。駐車場ですが、現地擁壁のため直接作ることはできません。そのまま前に停めてもらうか、村の来客用の駐車場、または月極でも2,000円ということです。よろしくお願いします。値段が安いです。擁壁がかなりあり、土地の手入れがされてなくてジャングルです。ライフラインは、水道が公営水道、ガス、汚水雑排水なしです。
