I have owned this mountain for about three years for camping. It has mobile phone reception and a mountain trail that makes it convenient to use. Until now I mainly lent it to acquaintances; I live in the Kanto region and have rarely had time to travel to Hyogo, and this will only become more difficult, so I am listing it for the first time. It is available for purchase at any time.

As shown in the photos, a trail leads up to a space suitable for camping and it is easy to climb (depending on the timing of purchase, I don’t think any maintenance will be necessary). It is unknown whether mobile reception covers the entire mountain (not tested). Because it is relatively close to a roadway, this property may not be suitable for those seeking truly remote mountain camping. There are no utility connections.

写真のようにキャンプが出来るスペースまで道が出来ており登りやすいです（購入タイミングにもよりますが、整備する必要は無いと思います）。山全体で電波が繋がるかは不明です（試しておりません）。車道と比較的近いため、本当の山奥でのキャンプを希望される方には向いてない物件となるかもしれません。ライフラインはありません。
