This plot was purchased several years ago by an acquaintance in Takashima City, Shiga Prefecture. The owner is now leaving the Kansai region and can no longer maintain the land, and for future inheritance reasons has decided to sell. The site is about an 18-minute walk from Omi-Nakashō Station on the JR Kosei Line. The lot is currently overgrown with weeds, but it is in a non-delineated (undesignated) area, so construction of a building is possible.

It is about a 5-minute drive to Biwako Quasi-National Park and the Imazu Momosegawa Park. The property will be sold in its current condition. Immediate handover is possible. Being close to Lake Biwa, it is ideal as a private camping area or vacation home site. However, there are no infrastructure services in place. A water connection must be brought in. Gas would be propane, and if sewage is required a septic/treatment tank must be installed. Electricity must be connected from a nearby utility pole. There is no main water pipe buried in the road in front of the property, so a branch connection from a road several hundred meters away will be necessary.
