I bought this about 7 years ago when I was working at a hotel in Takayama City. I retired early and purchased it to run a guesthouse with a hot spring source in the countryside of Shinhotaka, with an online check-in function and a shared self-service kitchen for guests, but unfortunately I have to give it up because I need to care for my parents. It is a refreshing plateau in the summer where you don't need an air conditioner. After the COVID-19 pandemic, many hikers and tourists from all over the world visit Takayama. Currently, Takayama is full of foreigners and looks like an overseas town. The condition was good when I bought it, but the walls were dirty with soot from the hearth, so I had fun doing DIY on my days off, such as painting the entire roof and applying diatomaceous earth to the walls, and the interior of the inn part is in quite good condition. The single-story residential part has not been renovated, but I thought that if I renovated it into a detached building for rent, I could sell it at a high price. The pillars have deteriorated due to termites, so renovation is necessary. If you are opening an inn, we recommend renovating it in accordance with the Inn Business高山市内のホテルに勤務していた約7年前に購入いたしました。早期退職をし、オンラインチェックイン機能、お客様用の共用セルフキッチンなどを整備し、新穂高の田舎でのんびり源泉掛け流し温泉付きのゲストハウスをやろうと購入いたしましたが、親の介護が必要になり残念ながら手放すことにいたします。夏は涼しくクーラーいらずの爽やかな高原です。コロナ禍を抜け出し、全世界から登山客や温泉目的の観光客が多く訪れます。現在の高山は外国人がいっぱいで海外の街のようです。購入時から状態は良かったのですが、囲炉裏のすすなどで壁が汚れていたりしたので、休日ごとに屋根の全塗装、壁の珪藻土塗りなど楽しみながらDIYを行い旅館部分の内装はかなり綺麗な状態になっております。平屋の居宅部分は未改修ですが、1棟貸しの離れとして改修すれば高単価で販売可能と考えておりました。白アリによる柱の劣化がありますので、改修が必要です。旅館として開業される場合は、旅館業法、消防法に基づいた改装をお勧めいたします。温泉を引くためには温泉供給会社との契約、温泉引込パイプの整備などで別途200~250万くらい必要だとのことです。水回りなども点検や改修が必要だと思います。毎月の温泉利用料は35,000円程度と聞いておりますが、物件購入時に聞いた金額ですので、現在は値上がりしている可能性もあります。温泉に関することについては町内会、供給会社等にご確認ください。温泉を利用するにあたっては町内会活動への参加など、地域の方と仲良くやっていただけることが条件だとの事です。移住や創業にあたり現在は各種助成金や補助金が多くありますので是非有効活用をしてください。
