Land in Yamauchi-machi, Takeo City. The property was my parents' home; they moved into town and the house has been demolished. I want to dispose of it because I cannot manage maintenance such as mowing. I live far away and cannot immediately confirm the current condition, but a sibling who lives nearby can perform on-site inspections and attend viewings.

About the residential land:
The building has already been demolished. The land area is about 300 m² and is mostly covered with concrete. You access it by climbing a slope of about 10 m between stone retaining walls. I believe there were small plots of farmland on both sides of the slope. As for utilities, when my parents lived there they used electricity, propane gas (LP), and a septic tank. The lot is higher than the neighboring house, so privacy should not be a major issue if building. The west side of the residential land is a vacant lot.

About the mountain plot:
The photo showing an old storage shed is of the mountain plot. It is about a 5-minute walk from the former residence. It used to consist of terraced fields, an access slope, and a stream beside it, but it is now overgrown with weeds. 山の方の土地について：
古い物置小屋の写っている写真が山の方の土地です。実家のあった土地から徒歩5分くらいのところにあります。段々畑+登るための坂道+その横に川、という構成でしたが、今は雑草におおわれています。小屋の近くに水を引き、貯水槽を作って農業用に使用していましたが、今はどうなっているか不明です。もともとトイレは備えてありません。なお、砂防ダムが上方に作られているため、利用できる面積は少し減るかもしれません。

田舎なので、買い物は車必須です。早めに手放したいと思っています。
価格としては低く抑えていると思いますので、これ以上のお値下げや、一部だけの購入希望、登記関係・小屋の解体撤去費用等のご要望は何卒ご容赦ください。現状のまま引き取ってくださる方を希望します。
