The brickwork approach and planting are stylishly put together, and the North American-style building that stands out is the property we will introduce this time. The villa was designed with the owner's attention to detail, and I was very surprised and excited by the LDK of about 33 tatami mats, the semi-circular dining room, and the large bathroom of about 3 tatami mats. The pantry, which has a conceived flow line, is also wonderful, and its storage capacity is not only used as a villa, but also has a floor plan that does not cause inconvenience for daily life. The date of construction is September 29, and it is relatively shallow and in very beautiful condition. The lawn in the garden is also manicured, and you can imagine a dream life here. It is about a 15-minute drive from the center of Tateyama City, and about 10 minutes by car to the sea, thanks to its luxurious location.
